VCF Mestalla visit Wolves in Premier League International Cup
VCF Mestalla face the third matchday of the Premier League International Cup this Wednesday against Wolverhampton Wanderers, at The New Bucks Head facilities in England.
The team coached by Miguel Ángel Angulo are on a 6-game unbeaten run in their domestic league and the Premier League International Cup, an international U21 competition that brings together 12 Premier League teams with 12 other clubs from other countries such as Germany, Portugal, Spain, the Netherlands and Scotland.
After having drawn 0-0 against Fulham FC and beating Leicester City FC 0-2, the team will face a Wolverhampton side who lost 0-1 against Porto in their only match played to date in the tournament.
The match against Wolves will be the first of 3 games that VCF Mestalla will play away from home in the space of just 10 days. This weekend they meet CD Ebro and will close 2022 against At. Saguntino on Saturday, December 17th.
